I would 100% return the apartment was beautiful and so quiet the views were stunning and so peaceful and walking distance to tavernas which were lovely i highly recommend and the host was amazing I have never stayed in such a perfect place if you love stunning views and a place on beach this is for you ❤️

A beautiful place in an amazing location. Iveta is an incredibly kind and helpful host. The apartment is small, but spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen, and offers a stunning view, with private access to the sea. The trash is emptied by a cleaning lady almost every day, and you can get fresh beach and bath towels whenever you need them. Free parking is great, because you'll need a car, as shops/restaurants are 1.5-2 km away. In October, there were many mosquitoes in the evening, but the apartment has screens on all windows and balcony, as well as mosquito control items, so it wasn't a problem for us. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs because cars on the street and the toilet flush can be a bit loud. Also, you might hear Greek cats running over the rooftops at night. Despite these minor considerations, we had a fantastic stay overall. The breathtaking views and private sea access, along with Iveta's warm hospitality, made our vacation truly memorable.

We loved staying at Iveta's place. She was friendly and helpful. The location is tucked away on the coast and is best if you have a vehicle. There are some restaurants and stores nearby. Our favorite things to do were paddle boarding right out front and watching the sunsets with a sea view.

Wir waren eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa Evita im Appartement für 2 Personen untergebracht. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, da Pool und Meer direkt vor der Haustür waren. Das war traumhaft. Von dem kleinen Balkon konnte man eine tolle Aussicht genießen und mit Meerblick und einer Tasse Kaffee in den Tag starten. Der direkte Meerzugang über einen privaten Steg mit Sonnenliegen war unser persönliches Highlight. Iveta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sehr viel Energie und Herz in ihre Unterkunft steckt. Sie ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets zur stelle, wenn man fragen oder Anliegen hat. Das einzige was für uns persönlich nicht so toll war, ist die Lage. Ohne Auto oder fahrbaren Untersatz ist es eher schwierig. Für einen Ausflug in das nahliegende Örtchen Messonghi eignen sich die beiden eScooter, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Dort gibt is einige Restaurants/Bars Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und empfehlen die Villa Evita wärmstens weiter :)

Iveta’s apartment is in a beautiful location and is perfect for a relaxing holiday in a secluded area. Iveta was a lovely host- so helpful and responsive! Would love thoroughly recommend.
