We were there for Derby weekend so prices were marked up but it served us well for our trip. Parking across the street was easy enough. Location was quick to get ride share pickup when needed and it was a reasonable walk to downtown area with restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. Hallways had a smell of cooking oil but it was not very noticeable inside the apartment. There are a few flights of stairs so be prepared for that if you have a lot of bags to carry. The host was very quick to respond and helpful when we had questions. Overall, good option for our trip!

My wife and I have both stayed with Kasa before and always had a pleasant experience. Not this time. Upon arrival, I could not get in the building because the access code wasn’t listed. I had to call to get the code, which took forever. I was then told that parking couldn’t be not be guaranteed - the opposite of what I was told when making the reservation. I basically had to risk being towed the whole time we were there. Now to the truly bad: noise level monitors. I get it, be respectful of others and keep it down. We did, but that didn’t stop the constant texts about the noise level. While watching tv, while we weren’t even there, and once while we were asleep. Yes, asleep. This will lose Kasa business, it has already lost mine. Add in that I had to pay an extra fifty bucks for a later checkout, and I assure you that we will never stay with Kasa again, at ANY location.

Place was clean and tidy and management did a great job communicating. Appreciated the shower supplies as well & beds were comfortable. AC didn’t work for whole apartment and the place was at 76+ the whole time we were there. Separate AC in master worked really well. Key fob was missing upon arrival so weren’t able to get our free parking space and had to pay to park in the lot next door..refund is in transit they’ve said. Kitchen isn’t well stocked, I would check & make sure everything is there before cooking. Dishwasher and disposal both don’t work. SO MANY STAIRS (something to keep in mind when booking).
