We arrived early and requested an early check in. They responed quickly and were accommodating, this was the high of the stay. Upon entry we were confused about the layout.. the rumpus room is an old garage with poorly finished flooring and then the bunk bed room is best described as a windowless dungeon. The bathroom is nicely finished, however is very poorly ventilated (no fan) and hence turns into a wet steam room after every shower. The kitchen is nice, however upon arrivel we were greeted by only one coffee cup and one small frypan (this was later proactively fixed by the host). Loungeroom couch is comfy and views are beautiful. Both main bedrooms didnt have any blinds (only sheer curtain which is poorly fitted - pole kept falling off the bracket) and the bottom wardrobe hanging rod was fitted on a slant. Unfortunately the beds were very squeaky... No parking for larger vehicles (nissan nivara) as the driveway was far to narrow, so had to park on the street.

Overall this is a good place to stay. Walking distance to beach, spacious and great views. Beds were not very comfortable (bring your own pillow) and we had to wash the sheets prior to use, the bunk room doesn’t have doors so it’s not very private and the bathroom wasn’t very clean, but overall it was a good place. Comfy lounge. Good wifi. Hosts are friendly and responsive. We would stay again!

pros: - Affordable - everything was clean except the bedsheets - great view from the sinning area and - close to beach - easy check-in - spacious - owner lives on the top floor cons: - driveway too conjusted - aircon only in lounge - 1 bathroom/toilet- difficult for large group. - The bedroom with bunkbed is just like an extension of laundry room, too cold, one side has no door, sounds of water flowing in the ceiling is too disturbing hence one couple had to bring the mattress to the lounge n sleep 2 nights there. - ph network not so good in the area Overall value for money but suitable for 4-5 people rather than for larger grp
