This is a beautiful setting, convenient to many locations, comfortable for the two of us to spread out inside. Well equipped kitchen with an extra welcome gift. Sarah always responded quickly and in a friendly manner. Sarge—the snack motivated beagle greeter—is a hoot! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

From the comfortable arrangements to the beautiful surroundings - everything here was perfect for a quiet weekend. It is very close to the Greater Philadelphia Convention Center making it the perfect place to stay if you don't want or can't use a hotel. Sarah was an amazing host - from being flexible with check in time to meet our needs to allowing our pets! I would also recommend this to anyone going to Valley Forge National Park as most of the spots are within a 5 minute drive! Also - can't go wrong with farm fresh eggs!

Sarah saved my husband and I from a terrible situation! Our original place we booked six months ago was a disaster. I messaged Sarah very late. She responded in minutes! We arrived the next day. Her place is adorable! It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Every amenity was available to make you feel at home. The area is beautiful! It is close to stores and downtown Phoenixville. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Thank you Sarah!

Sarah was the perfect host. She and her dog, Sarge, greeted us shortly after we arrived, which was very nice. Sarah was also very helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants in the area. The carriage house was spotless and so peaceful. It instantly felt like a home away from home. And the location was perfect: just five minutes from Valley Forge and about a 30-minute drive into downtown Philly to visit all the sites around Independence Hall. We will definitely stay there again whenever we're in the area.
