The cabin was great, but the host takes a long time to respond to questions and ended up charging us for adding guests even though they were under the max and approved by the host. She did not let us know we would be charged an extra 200 dollars for 4 more guests, we thought it would be the same charge. It wasn’t until the night before check out that we found out about the charge, the host never told us that we would get charged any money. I wouldn’t have even requested more guests if I would have known I would have been charged, and I’ve never been charged based on the number of guests and I’ve been using Air BnB for years. I kindly explained the situation to the host and asked for a refund. She did not answer my message so I messaged once more. No answer. I called customer service and they said sadly I can’t get a refund because the reservation ended and the host was protected under their own policies. Overall I lost out on $200 on top of the total money I paid for the cabin :(

My family and I had a great stay at this cabin and the area was peaceful. The cabin had all we needed and i am more than likely to come back to this cabin. 💗
