Nice, updated furnishings and decor. Views were great and easy beach access. The beach was absolutely perfect- big waves for the daring ones, shallow pools for more laid back play. Kitchen had more than the bare basics. Maintenance was responsive when we lost power from a storm.

We loved the property. This was our 3rd booking in a row staying in this condo. We’re unsure if we’ll book next year as the price has continued to rise every year. Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach.

This is our 3rd stay in this property over the years and we always enjoy it. The view of the ocean from each level is gorgeous. This property is within 10 minutes of historic St. Augustine and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bed in the primary bedroom is very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will rent it again in the future.

I contacted my Air B&B host on Tuesday 09/27/22 (our 5th night of 7) to let her know that we were leaving that night due to the mandatory evacuation the next morning at 6am for Hurricane Ian. We asked for a partial refund on the remaining nights. I messaged her twice, on two separate days, and we did not receive a response whatsoever or the partial refund. Other than that, I was not aware that there was no easily accessible private access to the beach. We had to use the public access area which made the beach pretty crowded. Overall the condo was clean and updated.
