We were traveling with some friends - we loved the location it was in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and some fun places. we didn't rent a car so it was perfect. Colin and Carol were very responsive and gave some recommendations which were excellent. the home is very nice, quaint and had some unique features... they have music outside, TVs in both bedrooms and LR.. even outside if you wanted to do that. it was loaded and really well equipped with everything you need to travel, even down to shampoo and bathing soaps.. we don't always see that in Airbnb or VRBO rentals and we travel a lot this way. They also had a very nice welcome basket with snacks, water and even a bottle of wine. I would totally rent this place again and might be back in the near future for the Derby.

Colin was an incredible host. Responsive and friendly. The house was unique, clean, and had fantastic amenities. The location was absolutely perfect.

What an awesome AirBnb! Walking into the house, it is even cooler inside than the description. It is beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and perfectly comfortable. They have thought through all of the potential needs of guests! The beds were cozy, and the shower was great! We had a fabulous time and would absolutely stay again!

My group of six guy friends stayed here for four nights in March 2024. We had a great time. The place was clean, comfortable, and the location was good. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We especially appreciated it that the owner had left us plenty of tide pods, dishwashing soap, hand soap, K-cups etc. Would stay again.

Would absolutely recommend a stay - location is awesome, hosts were great and proactive in their recommendations, and had a welcome basket and well stocked kitchen waiting for us. Good neighborhood with walking distance to Nulu Marketplace as well as downtown Louisville.
