Jessica’s gorgeous, sun-drenched home was the perfect setting for our desert getaway for two wonderful weeks! The 360 views were stunning and our birds absolutely loved surfing the wind in and out of the surrounding canyons—truly a one-of-a-kind property. The house was exactly as described, with a well appointed kitchen in which we cooked every night and enjoyed meals together watching the sunset directly from the dining room. We also loved the accessible laundry, wide open common space, provided camping chairs, and making s’mores by the fire pit at night. A huge thanks to Jessica for being such an accommodating and responsive host. We had an amazing trip and hope to come back for many more stays at the Canyon House in the future!

The location and views of this place set it apart from any other. If you like 360° vistas in a nearly remote location but don't want to sleep in a tent, this place is fantastic! Lots of big windows to see the red rock and beautiful landscape makes this open space feel even larger. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to be right in between Goblin Valley State Park and Capitol Reef National Park. Both are a short drive away and easily accessible from here. The only issues we had were the noisy wind (not much you can do about that) and some windows are curved and don't have shades to cover them, letting moonlight and the sunlight in early. That was hard on my kids, but otherwise the accommodations were wonderful and we all loved being there.

Absolutely perfect for a large group, we had an amazing stay enjoying the slot canyons and beautiful hikes near by. We had a group of 14 and the house was perfectly equipped for group(bring your food, local grocery store has anything you forget)! We were happy to see that linoleum had been installed, and there wasn’t carpet throughout the house. Carpet is now only in the bedrooms and it made cleaning much easier! Jessica had great recommendations which help our group have an amazing visit!
