Wonderful villa located on the seashore, realized in the typical Sardinian style. Its privileged position, on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia called "Spiaggia Campulongu", makes it undoubtedly one of the most exclusive and suggestive villas of the entire southern coast of the island. The house has its own private beach, directly on the clear waters, fully equipped with a gazebo and sun loungers. The villa is built on one floor and is made up of 5 bedrooms, four doubles and one with 2 bunk beds, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful living room with fireplace, a large kitchen, a wonderful porch overlooking the sea and a private garden with barbecue. All the rooms have a view of the sea through the beautiful garden, adorned with the most beautiful and typical Sardinian plants (myrtle, juniper, eucalyptus etc.). From the front porch of the house you can reach the exclusive and fully equipped beach of the Villa, walking through the small path surrounded by junipers. Here you can relax in total privacy and peace, listening to the delicate sound of the waves over the white and thin sand shore. The sunsets from this location will be among the most beautiful and romantic you will ever see: the sun disappears slowly behind the hills, reflecting first in the sea and then in your eyes. The house is near to the center of Villasimius and even closer to the famous beach "Porto Giunco".

A wonderful place, great location, uncomplicated - happy to come back again
Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in Villasimius. Der Strand direkt am Haus ist paradiesisch und wir hatten gar nicht das Bedürfnis andere Strände zu entdecken. Wir hätten uns allerdings über mehr Liegen gefreut, damit wir alle einen Platz haben und auch die tolle Lounge Ecke konnte leider nicht genutzt werden, da hier die passenden Auflagen gefehlt haben. Riccardo hat uns gute Tips für Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Absolutely incredible location and accommodation. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever been too. Host was extremely helpful . The house was beautiful and we had a fantastic time! Looking forward to coming back! Villlasimius is a magical place with wonderful food and people.
The location of the villa is simply fantastic! From the garden directly down to the sea, the beautiful bay directly in front of the front door, the beautiful garden with all the flowers, from the terrace sea view. It was simply fantastic. We had a great week in the house even if some things in the house are a bit outdated. The bathrooms are old but okay and the mattresses in the bunk beds could be replaced. We were the first in the house after the winter and therefore had some bad luck with the cleanliness and a drain in the bathroom. However, Riccardo and the owner of the house took care of everything quickly and easily. Despite these things we are totally in love with the house and would come back anytime! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!
