This is the second time we have stayed at Dimitry's house for a summer get away. It is a beautiful location on a calm and quiet lake. We love that it also has a beach where the kids can play in the sand and it makes a nice place to sit to watch swimmers. He has kayaks and paddle board available to use which were a huge plus. Also has quite a few water toys and floats. Even late in the summer the water was very swimable. The house is immaculate. As we have stated in a past review - we have stayed in Airbnbs all over the world. Dimitry's surpases them all in terms of being well stocked. From shampoo, conditioners and body wash to extra towels and pillows, to toilet paper and laundry detergent to bug spray - you will find everything you need (and forgot) and more. His instructions are well laid out - the house is always spotless, and well maintained. Dimitry himself is very responsive and will check in on his guest to make sure they are doing okay. You cannot go wrong here

Dimitry’s lake house is private, peaceful, and restorative. We stayed there with two dogs so the fenced in side area that is large enough to play catch and well-maintained was extremely helpful. There are three levels of living that made the house feel spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped, as well as the propane gas grill that was in perfect working condition. The porch facing the lake is amazing— view and furniture are perfect! The host has thoughtfully equipped property with all basic and extra amenities (eg, extra towels, cooking utensils, plethora of silverware and dining ware) to make a stay here convenient and comfortable. The private lake is beautiful for kayaking, fishing, and wading (maybe not full swimming based on personal preference given the amount of flora/fauna) with a lovely little sandy beach leading to the water. The host is extremely responsive and communicative so any questions or issues received quick responses and solutions.

What a beautiful house in a beautiful spot! Dimitry was extremely helpful, friendly, and communicative, and our family greatly enjoyed our time in this house. Our dog did, too!

We had such a great time at Dimitry's place! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked and even had spices, oil, salt/sugar, tupperware... I was impressed. The lake was beautiful and very quiet. We went paddle boarding and kayaking every day. The kids went fishing and had a wonderful time. We will be back next year!

First of all the house is beautiful. It is equipped with everything , from coffee to laundry detergent! Everything seemed so thoughtful, every detail planned out. I paddle boarded for the first time with my daughterand now I'm hooked. My son fished for the first time and caught a 4.2 pound bass. It was just a lovely property, and I'd definitely book there again.
