Хорошая квартира , чистая , не далеко от моря , рядом все есть , магазины итд, так как мы были зимой феврале в квартире было холодно , нас спасал кондер , для летного отдыха самое то , спасибо за отдых 👍

Loreta's apartment is beautiful, clean and well laid out. Not much of a view from balcony, just car park and pool, but only used balcony for brealfast. Anna who is the lady who meets you on arrival, shows you around apartment, how things work etc, what a lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble, i had a problem with bathroom door handle, it actually fell off, i messaged her in the morning and handle replaced with a new one by mid afternoon. Electricity is chargeable, i spent 900 lire for one month, just be careful not to leave aircon running for hours. The swimming pool is fabulous, very clean,has two water slides. The grounds are beautiful, kept tidy by gardener. The grounds are secure with Security at the gate, so felt very comfortable and safe. Avsallar town is a 5 min walk with lots of really good restaurants, lots of shops to wonder around. Only a 10 to 15 min walk down to the beach, there are sunbeds for Orion park guests. I will definitely be staying here again.

I arrived to Turkey for a family trip and Loreta's place is absolutely amazing for that. Once you settle in the apartment, you can see that a good care is taken after the apartment. All necessary things in the kitchen were in the place, except for the microwave. Honestly, I don't need it but in case of others it could be very useful. Plus, at the end of the trip the hanging chair was delivered which means that the host is investing in the apartment and making sure that a stay for her guests will be at the highest quality. Thank you very much, Loreta. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in that apartment.

Had a great stay in a fantastic apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, it is spacious and has good amenities. Everything worked properly, including the Wi-fi, which was reliable for online work. Bed and sofa were comfortable, there was lots of spare sheets, towels and cloths to use, and the shower was good with lots of hot water. The weekly food market across the street on Wednesdays is a real bonus, and it was great to be able to get all our food there for the week. There are also many supermarkets nearby for other things you'd need. The location is perfect - it's quiet at night, but the town and the beach are an easy walk away. Loreta was a friendly and polite host who always communicated promptly and helpfully throughout. We recommend this apartment for long and short stays.
