This property was great for our large family with plenty of bedrooms and space for all of the kids and adults to be comfortable and spend time together. The pool was a great place to hang out after the short walk back from the beach each day and the ping pong table provided lots of entertainment in the evenings. Overall this was a great property that was very quiet, but a quick drive to other plantations and shopping for additional things to do if desired.

Overall the house we were happy with our stay. Like a previous review mentioned, we also payed extra for the pool to be heated and when we arrived it wasn’t heated. They came by to enable the heat but it took an entire day for the pool to feel warm. They never offered a discount even though we payed 2 weeks in advance. The right thing to do would be to offer a partial refund. Location of the house is great and the area seems safe. Beach was a very short walk and restaurants were only 7-15min drive.

What an amazing house! It's beautiful, spacious, and was exactly what we expected from looking at the pictures in the Airbnb listing. Within our party, there were 9 adults and 1 toddler, and there were enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms for each of our families. The location was great, as it was super close to everything we planned on our itinerary - beach, grocery shopping, cafes, hiking trails, golf courses, etc. Such a great location, and in what felt like such a safe neighborhood. Bedsheets, pillows, bathroom towels, and pool/beach towels were all provided for. We were offered beach additions (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and bike rentals with other companies but since we stayed at this location, were offered discounts with the company. This particular location also did not have a pack and play available, but Beachside offered the number of a company who was able to bring one to our property within the same day. The communication has been great with Beachside. They emailed us confirmation of booking, and were responsive when we had questions regarding the listing/booking. There was an overlook in the booking that we expressed we wanted to add "heat" to the pool and agreed to the extra charge, but when we arrived on site, the pool's heating was not turned on. It took about a day or two to get the pool to a good temperature, but we lost two days of using the pool since it was colder than what we hoped. But Beachside was agreeable to not charging us extra since it was an overlook on their part, and our stay lost two days of having a heated pool. Besides from that miscommunication, Beachside has been great with responding to my inquiries and very quickly. Great response times, and emailed us again prior to our departure as a reminder of what was expected of the tenants prior to checking out (ie washing beach towels, throwing out trash, etc.). We truly loved our stay at this house and would definitely consider staying with Beachside again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your property!

Great house in an ideal location, 1min walk from the beach. Lots of space, nice pool, everything was clean and accurate to the listing. Beachside we’re great with communication and check-in/out.
