This little house is cute and located in the heart of Aljezur which is a charming village. The house has a nice kitchen and living room. The second room isn't very practical especially if you have young kids and the bathroom needs a little bit of maintenance (wasn't very comfortable). As it's an old house in an old village, you can sometimes smell some bad smells from canalization. You can't park your car very close as it's not a house that you can access by car so be ready for this :) I guess that pictures are not always the total reflect of reality. Besides of that it was a good moment there and Sophie and Deva are good hosts! The surroundings are beautiful - I recommend !

A great weekend with friends at a great house

We couldn‘t have been more happier! Casa Deva is a very special little house and we felt at home. The bed was very comfortable and cosy! We enjoyed the little patio and sun-deck, just sitting there watching dogs and cats walk by or looking down to Aljezur! The little house is perfect for relaxing, surfing (all beaches within 14-35min. drive) and just „being“. Everything was clean and tidy. We definitely come back! Thanks Deva for having us, and thanks Sophie for the very prompt and friendly communication!

The house is super cute and well designed inside. We loved the way they made the house. It is well equipped with nice cups and plates. The bed in the 1st bedroom is very comfortable, the bed in the small room in the back is a little less comfortable. All in all we really liked the house, but thought it was a bit expensive for what it was. If you’re not familiar with Aljezur or driving in Portuguese towns, it’s good to know that it’s a bit of a complicated drive due to how the town is build up a hill. There’s parking available pretty close to the house, but if you’re not comfortable driving up tiny streets we would recommend parking downtown close to the bridge.

Great house and great views, close to nature and also restaurants and shops. Would love to see it in summer again, so hope to return
