Amy is amazing. Her place is just as described and was perfect, very cozy and the answer to all our need. Amy is a great host. She made check-in and out easy and was so thoughtful, providing everything we needed without even having to ask for anything, like an umbrella as soon as the rain poured. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again, and we’ll as recommend it to anyone. Thank you again Amy.

Amy’s place was clean and comfortable and in a great location in San Pedro, just a few blocks from bars/restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

Amy and Mark were very helpful and had really good communication. Before renting this property here are some things to note, 1. The Airbnb may not be located in the best area, seems like the location is in a not extremely safe neighborhood. 2. Parking wasn’t that easily accessible. 3. Air condition controls are controlled by the owner. You have to message them in order to change the temperature.

Definitely recommended! This is a lovely little plush 2020 built and furnished hide away, in a large condo complex with nice trees and tall privacy shrubs. It's a really convenient short safe walk about 2 blocks downhill on Centre st, to the fun restaurant & pub part of the little downtown on 7th, 6th & 5th st. It gets a little edgy about 2 blocks south toward the harbor & post office ... though nothing threatening. If you're used to living in cities, you'll be fine. It's actually quite nice in that immediate area... no doubt this will be gentrified noticeably in the next couple of years. Just make sure you don't park on the streets with street cleaning at 4am! The room surfaces, tile, marble, linens and textiles are high quality and subtly exotic and stylish in an understated contemporary way. There's a fan in case you need it. The stylish tiny outdoor patio is great for a quick little meal or coffee break. Being on ground level isn't that private, but there's not that much foot traffic. Your hosts' door is right next to the airBnB unit, and you'll share a downstairs wall with them, and they also live above. But they are usually extremely quiet, and I hardly knew there was anyone else in the whole building complex unless someone was on the phone. It has a *just enough* style in-room mini kitchen... as long as you're ok with washing your dishes in the bathroom sink, and having a small coffee maker being the only appliance (no hot plate or hot water kettle for tea). There was a nice small selection of tea bags, coffee, and some bottled water, a cutting board and sharp knife. The mini fridge was key and big enough to hold my large food truck container. :) The hosts kindly provided more bottled water when I ran out (3 night stay). LA tap water is terrible! So they are definitely wanting to please you and attend to your comfort if you speak up.
