Linda is a gracious host - very responsive when we reached out to her. We love Pezula, this was our 2nd stay in one of Linda's properties - beautiful spot with lots to do. Would highly recommend it!

First it has to be mentioned that Linda was very friendly and was acting very fast and reliable for solving our issues. 5 star rating for her services! the appartment itself was old and partly worn out. Additionally it was mould at some walls and it was not well cleaned. It seemed also that the appartment is rented very rarely. so that the air inside is not exchanged as it should be. Also the windows/doors/etc. does not provide reliable security - it could be easily opened from the outside. The closure mechanisms are not good anymore. For this season the price was probably acceptable but for other times this is far too much. The appartment is maximum basic instead of luxury.

The check in process was terrible. We didn’t receive great instructions. We had to go to a separate estates security entrance to check in. They then sent us to the wrong unit. We then later found out that our unit is in a separate estate. The unit had a strange smell (like the floors had been cleaned with dirty water). Small things - Salt and pepper shakers don’t work and some firewood for the braai area would’ve been a nice touch (if you want to go for a superhost status). Besides the above the accommodation is well kitted for the price. Good value. And the location is lovely. We would definitely go back (now that we know how to check in).
