I stayed at Frances for 6 weeks. Her place is very clean, neat and has all the good quality, almost new appliances, nice brand pots and pans. Using her kitchen is like as if I were cooking at my own home. It was very nice to be able to use washer and drier, too. Frances almost always responded right away and accommodated all my needs. I would stay here again. Thanks Frances!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and this was hands down one of the best. Frances was extremely responsive and had great recommendations. The apartment was clean, well stocked, in a great location, and exactly as pictured. It was particularly spacious especially in NY and got great light during the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend.

We stayed in Frances' apartment for a month and we loved it. The apartment is very clean and you will find everything you need. The equipped kitchen, washer and dryer come in handy if you are staying in NYC for a longer period of time. The communication with Frances was very smooth and if I had any questions I got answers very quickly. Not far from the apartment you have the C/G line which we used to explore NYC. Nearby you have many stores where you can buy food/drinks. You can also find restaurants where you can have a nice breakfast/lunch/dinner. The wifi worked well. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. If we ever return to NYC, we know where to go.

Had a good stay at Frances' AirBnb, the place was furnished nicely and kitchen was well stocked. Internet was fast and reliable. The place was walking distance to a grocery store, two subway lines and a number of cafe and restaurants, was in a very handy spot to explore. It did get loud some nights however we stayed for a month reasonably comfortably.
