My wife and I were extremely delighted the second we showed up to the Tipsy Gypsy. Check-in was a breeze. Everything was clean and tidy. After unpacking, we took a stroll down to 12 Mile Creek we were both anxious to cool off in the cool spring water. Everything was so well thought out. We loved it and will definitely be back!

My wife and I spent our 4 year anniversary at the Tipsy Gypsy. So relaxing and Peaceful! The Copper tub was amazing and the shut-in on the property was so much fun! And the guest book didn’t let us down for local recommendations! Honestly our best anniversary yet! Will definitely be back!

Great place to unwind and reset . Enjoyed the outdoor bath and the fire pit . Plenty of privacy even being in a public campground .

This place is magical. Boyfriend and I went for the weekend to recharge and have some peaceful time together. We spent all day enjoying the beautiful campgrounds and crystal-clear creek. The wagon is cozy, cool, and felt very private. We can’t wait to check out the other Fredrock stays!
