This little house was cute and is in a very walkable location. You DO need to clean up after yourself and it’s only the bare minimum things you need. Suited our purpose just fine. Very clean

Apartment is clean and homely with everything you’d need, easy check-in with the code provided on the day, good communication throughout and the hosts are very friendly. Parking is convenient and private, just note that you need to enter the ‘alleyway’ between the roads to access (easy to do but can be hard to see on Maps). Apartment is in a quiet location but close to big roads so is easy to reach, and has several bars and restaurants around, nice property!

Mei & Quang's place was perfect for my needs - right in between my friends in the Heights and where I used to live in Montrose. Their house has plenty of space for two people and even though we barely used it, the kitchen would be great for those looking to cook. The daily rate was a bargain as I was only finding one-bedroom units until I stumbled upon this one. And being so close to Washington Ave, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops to walk to. My only "warning" - if you're driving your own personal vehicle, try to park away from under the tree as my rental accumulated a lot of random tree stuff and bird droppings throughout my four night stay.

This is one of the best deals in Houston - booked it at the last minute and was so happy with what the place had to offer. Perfect location, has lots of space, pristine cleanliness, and Mei & Quang were responsive to all my needs. I would stay here again.

Mei & Quang were so friendly directly upon booking this stay! So responsive and answered any questions we could have had. The instructions for check in/ check out or anything regarding the property were extremely clear and we loved the recommendations they gave for the surrounding area! The house was so clean and felt very homey. Would highly recommend their place for a nice weekend getaway 😊
