This basement apartment is as described. It is a cute little place. Neighborhood is great. I would recommend this place and stay again if the opportunity comes up.

I really enjoyed staying at Daniela’s place. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I loved the view of the NYC skyline right down the block. What impressed me most was not only how responsive Daniela was but how friendly she was. Before arriving, I let her know I was bringing my dog and she recommended a dog park in the area. Then when we arrived she had a bed, bowls, and treats for him. It meant so much to me that she thought about my little fur baby. The place was cozy and clean. Any issues or questions I had, Daniela solved it for me. Thank you again for your hospitality. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Great place. Easy for access to NYC or other areas of NJ. Exactly as presented in photos and explanation. Stairs in can be difficult at first with a bag but easily navigated after. Daniela is responsive to all questions. Loved my stay!

Daniela was an incredible host. She was very accommodating and responsive. There were initial issues with the wifi, but Daniela was very quick communicating with me about it and resolved the issue very fast. She has an incredibly adorable puppy and I did hear him running around and barking a little bit, but it didn’t bother me (or my dog) at all. Meeting her puppy was a highlight for both me and my dog. The area is a peaceful neighborhood with some stores within walking distance. Street parking was easy and hassle free. If you venture out, there is a beautiful view of NYC right in front of the house. Aside from that, it was very clean and looked just like the photos. I would totally stay here again :)
