Loved the view and the sound of the ocean- we also saw dolphins as we had our morning coffee! The elevator is a wonderful help. The location is walkable to restaurants and the local farmers market. We rented a gas golf cart and knocked around in it when not on the beach. This place was a find and would highly recommend it. Jason was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Our only surprise was the local custom of having to put our own sheets on the bed. No big deal and definitely would stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying at Jason's place at Seaside. The location is perfect and the condo had everything we needed. See you next year!

Lovely home, private deck right on the ocean! My family and I would love to stay again in the near future.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas 2023. We enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk a street over to a really good BBQ spot! We had great grocery store and Dollar store options less than 10 mins away. The views from the home were awesome and to hear the waves crashing all day was so relaxing. we look forward to booking this home again.

This is our second time staying at one of Jason’s places. The location is great, and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Since it was Thanksgiving, we were very impressed with how many kitchen gadgets there were to make our food. Will try to stay here again!
