Nothing luxurious about this place. We hated going back to this room everyday during our stay because the lighting here is so depressing at night. Unresponsive hosts, ignored our messages. The pictures are extremely deceiving. Hygiene is terrible, the walls are covered in dirt marks, every corner of the bathroom and the ceiling above the bed is covered in black & grey moulds and the bathroom floor is filthy. Almost everything in this room is broken including the lights, side table, towel rail that we wouldn’t even want to touch in case they falls apart. The sink where you’re supposed to clean your cutlery is covered with lime scales. Amenities are the lowest quality possible; no scent & they don’t clean your skin properly. The hot water runs out so quick you’d have to wait 30 minutes (after a long flight this is a real pain) The beddings were fresh and the fridge is new but that’s about it. Completely ruined our holiday

Nice appartment, clean and well equipped. Everything nearby and easy to reach (mall, cinema, tollroad for going to Jakarta) etc. Unfortunately the check in was not that smooth, but I can understand that, at is was late already. I can definitely recommend to stay at U-Residence and the appartments offered by Cen.
