Really lovely place, great value for money. It's fairly close to NEC, it's a 15 minute walk and then a 10 minute train (which only run every 30 mins or so) so you do have to plan your journey. The only thing to note is that the house is very noisy, there was loud TV late at night and you can hear doors banging and people walking around loudly. Very reasonable as it's someone's home, but I wanted to mention it as it may be an an issue for some people. The cat is very lovely!

Beautiful room friendly host, quiet area, shops in walking distance and all the amenities you need. Absolutely loved the stay :)

Previous review is obviously defamatory and not true. This place is quiet and clean. Marie is very communicative and replies promptly. Room is very small but cozy and as advertised. Don't forget to ask to turn on the heater. I recommend this place and a host.

I spent three weeks in very dirty and very noisy in this Airbnb! At the beginning I noticed that the son was getting up at 5:00 am and making noise , so I asked him to be careful because if you put your home on Airbnb you need a minimum of respect towards the customers who book and avoid slamming doors and climbing stairs like a marathoner and for no reason. And turn up the music loudly. I really thought I was in a zoo. He said he was going to be quiet and since that day he has made triple the noise. Then at the end of the first week I noticed a strange smell because they had put a candle to hide the smell and I started to get sick (fever , headache , nausea) and I quickly understood that the room was infested with mold so I slept with the window open even though it was 0 degrees! The kitchen was really dirty and the dishes had been lying around for 2 days. The reception was terrible and Marie was very cold. The only positive point is that there aren’t any. The street is very better !
