Francesca war gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage, war schön und sehr sauber. Leider war sie im Parterre im Hof und hatte kaum Tageslicht. Zudem durfte trotz sehr scheusslichem Maiwetter und 15 Grad weder geheizt noch die Klimanlage benützt werden, was dazu führte, dass alles etwas feucht war in der Wohnung.

Very nice place in good location. The acces was easy. With the same code we could enter the building, room, laundry room. Really facile check in. The building is really nice. Felt like a museum. The room was nice and clean. The street is not noisy so we had good quality sleep. The surface of the room was enaugh for 2 adults and 2 small kids. In the building there is a laundry room so if you need to clean your clothes you have this option. There is also a clothes dryer. There are some small improvements to be made in the room but the overall experience was great.

The communication around our stay, both before and during, was excellent! The location in the center of Bologna was very nice, with all you need at walking distance. The rooms were spotless and well-kept. We came for a business trip and it was certainly perfect for that.

We had a great time at Francesca’s place. If we will come back to Bologna, we’ll choose the same apartment. The only downsize is the policy regarding only 2 pair of slippers for an apartament for 4 people. But it didn’t affect our stay there. We really enjoyed the apartment. Thank you for everything, Francesca!
