A beautiful holiday apartment set in the traditional Turkish Village of Patara. It’s a perfect spot for both summer and winter holidays & boasts high speed Internet (40 mbps) for those needing to work. Lavender House is only a 20 minute walk to the stunning 12km long Patara Beach. This walk takes you through Patara’s large archeological site. Lavender House is also located on the historical Lycian Way and has views stretching over the village. Lavender House is a one bedroom holiday apartment with an open plan kitchen and living room, private bathroom, walk in wardrobe and separate utility room. The spacious kitchen/ living room with a wood burner that leads onto a beautiful breakfast terrace which has views over the village. The living room holds a double sofa bed allowing Lavender to accommodate 4 people. High speed internet (40-50mbps) is available upon request. Lavender House is a private holiday apartment. Next door to Lavender House is another one bed holiday apartment called Sage House (also available on Air B&B to rent). For larger parties both apartments can be rented at the same time to accommodate up to 8 guests. We provide tea, freshly ground coffee, thyme, home dried chilli, our own olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen. We also provide washing tablets and fabric softener, toilet roll, kitchen roll and general cleaning products. We also accept pets at Lavender House but the outdoor spaces are not fenced and so dogs should be kept on leads in the garden.

The place is exactly like the pictures and the hosts are very kind, responsive and ready to help. It had all the amenities listed and was an amazing place to stay near the beach and the Patara ruins. Check in was easy, the village is calm but has all you need. Overall a great, comfy and spacious house. We loved the place. The only issue was that out of 4 full days at the house, there was no power during 2 from 9 AM to past 6 PM. I understand that’s not up to the hosts, but these were scheduled maintenance works we were not told about before arriving. We are digital nomads and specifically choose places we’ll be able to work from, and this created a lot of stress, besides not being able to charge phones and stay at the house we paid for to relax. That made this a 4/5 experience for us.
super netter Ort und tolle Unterkunft. Der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuß ca. 40min und ist ein toller Spaziergang. Schöne Wanderungen direkt von der Unterkunft aus möglich. Gerne wieder!!
Evin muhteşem bir enerjisi var, güneşin batışını izlemek çok keyifli idi. Kendi evimizde gibi idik gerçek anlamda, ev sahiplerimize misafirperverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.
With my parents and partner we rented both houses, Sage and Lavender, and didn’t regret it a moment. Beautiful garden, lovely interiors, and one of the best beaches in Turkey nearby. The houses are near each other yet give enough privacy. We had a great stay and happy to recommend it!
Der Aufenthalt war richtig toll! Der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Häuschen. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Möglichkeiten zum wandern, tolle Strände und nette Restaurants und Bars im Ort. Ein Leihwagen lohnt sich um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir waren Ende März dort, ich glaube während der Saison kann es sehr voll werden und Patara Beach ist ab Mai nur beschränkt zugänglich. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Lavender House is set in the hillside above Patara Village. It is a self contained holiday house with a private garden. The building housing Lavender House also houses another holiday apartment, Sage House. These apartments are next to each other & while separate can also be rented at the same time for larger parties.
There is private parking available at Lavender House. The centre of the village with full amenities is a 5 minute walk from Lavender House. There is also a public bus which runs from the centre of the village to the beach & to Kalkan and Kaş.
