Our Condo is perfectly located on Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota Florida. You'll have access to a heated pool, tennis courts and the #1 beach in the USA. The view from our balcony will knock your socks off. Our condo sleeps maximum of 6 people with plenty of options: Large Master Bedroom - Sleeps up to 4 with a king bed and 2 (single bed) futon style chairs ideal for younger children. Our bedroom includes a 35” Smart HDTV, private bathroom with combo Shower/bathtub, a dressing room with additional sink, your own closet and separate entry to the balcony with an amazing view of the beach. Guest Bedroom - Sleeps up to 2 people with a king bed, 42” tv and walk in closet Living Room (sleeps 1) - Includes a 65" large screen LED TV (with quality sound), sofa, reclining love seat, chair, cozy blankets and an oversized convertible ottoman/lounge-char/single-bed (great for younger children) Guest Bathroom - With walk-in shower is located right outside the guest bedroom. Kitchen - Our kitchen is fully equipped with a everything you'll need for your stay; QUALITY pots, pans, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, crock pot, blender, you name it we have it. Balcony - Includes a comfy love seat, 2 chairs and a coffee table. We do our best to Include everything your family needs for your stay - Easy access to the beach (with free lounge chairs already already on the beach for you), Umbrellas, HD digital cable service and FREE high speed internet with Wi-Fi throughout. Our storage closet - Includes beach toys, extra cooler, umbrellas and more, all available for your pleasure. The Siesta Key Beach / Sarasota area is perfect for a relaxing vacation at the beach or experience a variety of excellent choices for dining, attractions, and activity for everyone - boating, jet skis, para-sailing, fishing, shopping and a thriving arts community. Loved our stay. Condo was nice and had everything we needed. Loved the wagon and storage area with all the beach toys and umbrellas. This was super convenient for us and made it easier to pack everything down to the beach, especially with our small kids. Location is excellent as it close to many great restaurants.

Our first family vacation with littles! It was a great success. Love being able to see the pool from the condo, beach is right there so we could come in and out for naps etc. very great place to stay!
Beautiful location, easy access to the beach and loved the salt water pool. Lots to do in a walkable distance. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year!
Joe’s place has an ideal location on the beach and across from restaurants where we preferred to have lunch every day- super close walk across the street. The beach is amazing, we loved that this complex offered beach chairs and in Joe’s storage room there was plenty of beach gear. Our kids loved the pool, and we were happy it had salt water instead of bleach. This condo was just right for our family size- two adults and three kids. We would definitely choose this place again!

You can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, bike and kayak rentals. Also, "Free Taxis" (only tips expected) are available for getting around on the key.

My wife and I live in Northeast Ohio. We purchased this property in 2020. This is our second property in the Siesta Key beach area and have owned there since 2012. We love Siesta Key, the beaches, restaurants and many other amenities to numerous to list. If you choose to stay at our place we'll go out of our way to make sure your stay is awesome!
