Great host very responsive and easy going. Had a hassle free checkin process. the hall is great but bedroom had malfunctioning light and the bathrooms were worn out and needed maintenance. Great place for a budget stay in Sholinganallur but not the best place to host guests from out of town.

Had stayed in Xavier's place with my family for few days for Chennai visit as it was near to my office. Had stayed in 2 BHK apartment. The rooms were big and spacious and were decorated well. Toilet/Bathrooms were looking little bit old as compared to rooms because of floor used in bathroom floor but were fine functionally. Apartment complex is facing the lake and is little bit away from main road (around 700-800m from OMR road) and hence was peaceful. It had a seating place in apartment facing lake. Lot of birds can be heard chirping in morning because of its location next to lake. Best thing Xavier has done is that this residence complex is available in maps which makes it easy for Uber/Swiggy/Zomato app to find the address easily though it is little bit away from main road. Overall it is good worth for money. Better than few 2-3 star hotels situated near the OMR in same area.

Me and my friends had a good time staying at this place. It was easy to communicate with Xavier whenever it was necessary. I would definitely recommend this place to others

It was a cosy stay in his property. The owner was very friendly and kind enough to let us do an early check in. Though at the time of our arrival the room we booked wasn't free. He gave us a temporary place to refresh and relax from the long travel we had. He was polite and made sure to address our issues. There were dedicated maids working to take care of our needs and maintaining the cleanliness of the property. The ambience and location is serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the highway. The beach is close by to take a stroll. He was reachable at all times of the day. He understands the needs of his guests.
