Johns place is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve stayed in 30+ air bnbs and this is the most gorgeous I have seen. The king beds are so soft and comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully built and the decor is stunning. The infinity pool was cold, but gorgeous and we still swam. The sunset views from the backyard are unmatched by anything I’ve seen in my travels around Greece. We even were able to pick vegetables from the front garden and use them to cook dinner. It was a dream. My only comment, however, is the road up the hill to the property. This is NOT for the faint of heart. I was a driver with my friends all in our 20s and we did not expect this. The car was automatic and could barely get up this hill. There was also parts of the road that were washed out and the road would scrape the bottom of the car. This part of the day returning to the property became a moment we dreaded. The place is incredible and I would absolutely stay again, but with a Jeep rental car. However, I think for the price and the clientele that would stay here this really is something that needs to be worked on. That, however, is our only negative! Everything else was amazing and john went above and beyond for us during our stay!

John was a wonderful host- went above and beyond! The villa was perfect- extremely clean, and exactly what is described. Would recommend and would totally go back. 10 out of 10!

I would typically write first about accommodations, but am compelled to first write about our host, John, who was a SUPER host! He arranged our rental car and met us at the port with the car, helped us with our luggage (which didn't all fit in the rental car) and guided us to the villa. He did the same at our departure. On check in, he walked us through the villa and patiently sat with us with a map discussing things to do and places to eat. During our stay, he checked in on us to make sure there wasn't more he could do to make our stay was a delight. Best host ever! Now, the villa -- which blew us away. The view to the sea to the west was captivating and beautiful, not to mention the outside lounge area with infinity pool. The interior was immaculate with high end kitchen and skillful design of the interior furnishings and layout. We are a family of 4 adults and were matched perfectly with the 2 bedroom/2-1/2 bathroom layout. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms quiet, providing restful nights. Doors from the various rooms provided access to the outside patios. So much thought was put into the design and flow. This was in the top of our Airbnb experiences. Thanks, John!

This villa has a gorgeous view, amazing pool and out door patio space full of sun and shade enjoyment. The property is new, with exception decor and spotlessly clean. We loved our stay and our host was perfect- from the greeting- check ups to departure- everything needed. Thank you again!!

Gorgeous house and beautiful views. It was very clean and modern! Yiannis was very prompt and friendly with his replies. He even offered some suggestions and had some small things in the kitchen for us. My sister and I had a lovely stay! The only thing I would mention as a slight issue was the access road to get to the property. It was very rundown with many potholes so if you are using this property bear that in mind.
