Air-conditioning and fan like hell not cooling at all, furniture need to change.

The place was nice & clean. It was easy to contact the host during our stay. The listing is a bit inaccurate because there are 4 beds in total not 7 (2 queen & 2 single). The host was nice to provide a Coway water dispenser and also kitchen/cooking utensils. Only 1 bathroom has water heater meanwhile the other has a typical shower head (not a big problem). The washing machine and iron board were life savers. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was basically a fan because no cool air was coming out but the one in the master bedroom was functioning fine. The parking lot was in a strategic space so it was easy to find. Lastly, the dinning chairs were hollow (the cushion is either worn-out or missing) so had to be careful when sitting.

So far ruma besar bersih..dan dekat dengan tmpt yg kami mau pergi.. Tapi utk yg ada ank kecil mcm sy..mgkin x brapa sesuai..sbb bole dgr kejiran bercakap di tingkat bawah..dan ruma jiran depan buat bising..but ok juga Dan tandas tiada water heater (sy tdk prasan mungkin masa book) Utk ank kecil sy yg mau mndi air suam bole la masak air utk msak seja Dan 1 lg,regarding remote aircond hanya berfungsi ON OFF,1 remote screen rosak..tidak dpt adjust level aircond..I do inform the owner regarding this issue,but he no reply smpai la kmi check out..I hope he can settle this issue since my baby boy staying with us,susa utk control aircond its a big problem for us... Wifi run smooth..yg lain semua ok..Thank you

Apartment is clean, wifi speed was very good. Richard was kind to change the bedsheet during our stay. Very nice for Richard provide 3 in 1 packet drinks for us. Only 1 problem that one of the bed stand is not stable, the wood support the bed always drop. Already inform Richard but didn"t turn up for repairing. Overall stay....satisfied.
