The neighborhood is usually quite quiet and nice-looking. Frank was generally very friendly and helpful, responsive to messages, and when the toilet was broken he got it fixed in a timely manner. He was also accommodating when I had to cut my stay short. I only have a couple of complaints that are not about Frank directly, but the general environment of the house. First, there were several people staying in the house while I was there and the kitchen was often quite messy, sometimes with no clean cookware. Secondly, my car’s catalytic converter was stolen while parked on the street outside the house, which contributed to my lower overall rating of this location.

Great area. Big room with a comfortable bed and big closet for any clothes or items you might have. Would highly recommend

In town on business for five weeks. Just needed a place to crash at night. This room worked perfectly. Easy access. Safe neighborhood. Very private. No swimming pool or mini bar. But, if you're just looking for a bed and a bath, this fits the bill.
