Self-catering accommodation with modern appliances, outside balcony and free allocated permit parking for one car or van. (Note: Parking location is 1 minute walk from flat) Kitchen / Living Room The kitchen, living area is open plan. Modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need during your stay including utensils, crockery, pots and pans, oven, electric hob, kettle, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. Breakfast bar with two stools, sofa, a smart TV and sound bar for chilling out after a busy day exploring Cornwall. The Bedroom One comfy double bed with a chest of drawers and clothes rail, full-length mirror with use of iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Bathroom Tiled bathroom with large shower, slate flooring, sink and toilet with towels for your stay. (Please bring your own beach towels) Balcony The balcony is a nice space and includes comfy tub chairs where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Two surfboard racks, a bucket for wetsuits and a washing line is available. The balcony over looks a lane which is home to a great vegan / health shop / cafe called Sprout and down the other side is an beautiful outdoor wild spa called Water & Stone along with trendy bar.
