Very hospitable host. Perfectly clean home. Host left snacks and drinks for us and even asked if we had diet restrictions. Had pamphlets with local recommendations which guided us to some wonderful restaurants. Video game table was a fun touch. Only thing we would add is a tv in the bedroom or a couch in the living room so there was somewhere to really relax. Great stay. Would 100% book again.

Janet’s place makes you feel right at home! We ended up needing an air mattress for the third person that tagged along, but it’s one of those tall air mattresses that doesn’t deflate throughout the night! This place is a steal for all the personal surprises they provided for you! While I don’t have kids myself, it seemed to have things that may easily be forgotten while traveling with little ones-bibs, kid plates/silverware/sippy cups, crib, highchair, extra crib linens, tons of books and toys in the play room, etc. The cohosts are incredibly sweet, responsive, and helpful. This place would be great for a long term stay with washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen capable of meal prepping as if you’re at home. I personally loved all the medical books and models in the study room, as I am a medical student myself. Thanks for such a lovely stay. Wish we could’ve stayed more than two nights but will definitely be staying here if we return to Dayton.

We used this house primarily for sleeping and it was perfect for us. With a 4 and 2 year old, the toddler bed and pack n play was perfect for them, not to mention the toys and awesome game table on the main floor. Our older son enjoyed any time we had there playing different games. Janet was also very kind in providing us some staple food items and local chocolate upon our arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, besides the hospital noise, but that was expected and no disturbance to us. We felt safe as there was a security system to use with clear instructions provided. We would stay again if we travel to Dayton again.

This was our fifth or sixth trip to Janet’s place. As always, we felt welcome and right at home. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and many activities within in a short drive. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer (which Janet would have accommodated if we could have stuck around).
