This clean and bright 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two floors and more than 1,550 square feet of space. Stay warm with a gas fireplace in winter. Stay cool with central A/C in summer. Fully stocked kitchen and peaceful patio with views of the picturesque San Juan Mountains. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, Walmart and more! A short 5-minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs. Less than 30 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Resort. Permit #035954. This condo was recently updated and features a master bedroom with a king bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms with a queen bed and two full beds upstairs. The condo comfortably sleeps 8 people with plenty of space to spare. Kids (and grown ups too!) will love the loft hang out area, the pull-out game table with lots of puzzles and games for all ages, and an Xbox 360 with a variety of games in one of the upstairs bedrooms. There is lots of storage space to keep your shoes, skis, snowboards, and more on the private outdoor patio, which overlooks the beautiful condo grounds and the San Juan Mountains in the distance. There are multiple parking spots available. Please note there is NO SMOKING ALLOWED on this entire property, even outdoors.

Great place to stay for families. Setup was perfect for our kids to stay upstairs and us downstairs. Having washer/dryer is crucial for us so that was a huge plus. Beautiful views from windows and balcony. Clean bathrooms / overall upon arrival. Had plenty of extras even though we usually pack everything just in case (laundry detergent, toiletries, basic cooking necessities). We have a kid with allergy sensitivities/asthma so being pet-free was a plus. It is definitely “clean and bright” like the description! I always look at photos of window coverings/blinds so that kids aren’t up at sunrise (which this place does have) but I totally missed the skylights… so they were up early. I’m guessing that’s the norm with these Colorado condos though. The only minor complaint was the master/king bed was hard to sleep on. I have trouble sleeping anywhere away from home so I didn’t think much of it until my husband also struggled. Maybe a padded cover would help. All in all, we’d return! Thanks!
The Condo's location was great and very close to restaurants, A grocery store and everything else you might need. The Condo was also well stocked and clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Colorado.
The condo was huge, the amenities were great! My kids loved it, they had plenty of games and beautiful back patio. The only thing complaint I would have about it is the beds they are not soft at all almost like sleeping on cardboard I would recommend better beds for guest and my husband wished there was a grill. We had a great time in Pagosa springs! The host reached out several times to make sure we had settled in. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!❤️

The condo is located in "uptown", one of the most desirable parts of Pagosa Springs given its close proximity to the grocery store, Walmart, coffee shops and restaurants. Within a short walk from the condo are tennis courts, a mini golf course and a playground. The condo is located less than one mile from the golf course and less than 10 minutes from the hot springs. For a small daily guest fee, condo renters have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center with a pool, hot tub, basketball court, racquetball court, and other workout equipment. Guests of our condo must coordinate with us to gain guest access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center during their stay. Wolf Creek Ski Resort is just a short 30-mile drive away!
