the villa absolutely exceeder our expectations. its in peaceful locality, very well maintained property. the caretaker was a delight. Bunty literally goes out of the way to help. highly recommended place for stay in Goa.

We had a fantastic time at this place. We were a group of 4 couples who stayed for 3 days. The caretaker made amazing maggi and was always around to help us book cabs, cook quick food and procure items we need. The place was very neat and organized. The bathroom in the ground floor could have been attached to the room to give a better experience. Overall I would highly recommend this place for both friends and families

I stayed with my family here and it was an amazing stay. They have all the possible amenities and Bunty, the caretaker goes out of his way to help you out with anything you need. The location is very close to all kind of shops. The living room is so creatively decorated. Thing to improve - the bedroom linen could be better Highly recommend this place for family or group of friends to stay in.
