We stayed a few blocks from our son and daughter in law. The location was perfect and the whole Ballard area is so walkable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Vince responded very quickly to messages and check in was easy. The place was clean, but we had a problem with ants as soon as we arrived - mostly in the kitchen on all of the counters, but also downstairs in the bathroom and bedroom closet as well as a few in the upper bathroom. It was a good thing we didn't plan on cooking much because we didn't feel comfortable leaving any food on the kitchen counters due to daily ant sightings. When brought to his attention, the host provided, via the housekeeper, a can of Raid left outside the front door. When we reached out to him the next day letting him know we had sprayed and still were having trouble, he said, "Thanks for letting me know. Please keep spraying!" After that he never checked in to see if things improved.

Wonderful place to stay. Such a close walk to the shops and restaurants in Ballard. Space was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.
