Introducing you to our classic design four bedroom private house in the heart of the Nature Park which can accommodate up to 12 guests. This place is truly exceptional and a hidden gem which enables you to get away from city life and enjoy nature with your family and friends. As you enter the house you find yourself in the entrance hall followed by the hallway leading to the living room equipped with the big sofa, fireplace and exit to the huge terrace with a grill which overlooks the green territory and the lake. From the hallway you also have access to the first bedroom with the sofa bed, bathroom with the shower, toilet, bidet, basin and washing machine. Finally on this floor one can also find a big and bright fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table and lovely views, perfect to gather all together over the warm meals. At the end of the hallway there is a big staircase leading to the second floor, from which one has access to 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom equipped with the bath, toilet, bidet and basin. There are two bedrooms with the same layout - double bed and sofa, as well as some authentic furniture to keep your things in order. The last bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed.

Dear Oskar, I regret to say that my recent stay at your guest house was far from satisfactory. It is essential for me to express my disappointment. Firstly, it was incredibly challenging to reach you before our arrival. Despite multiple attempts via messages and calls, we could not establish contact, which was quite frustrating and far from the warm welcome we expected. The most significant issue occurred upon our arrival when we discovered that the guest house was not prepared for our reservation. This was a major inconvenience, and even though we had an agreement in place, the sauna was not ready either. After considerable effort, we managed to contact you through online research. Unfortunately, the response we received was a brief and formal "apology" that failed to acknowledge the impact on our experience. Moreover, we were charged for a replacement hot tub, which we had to heat ourselves and could only use after midnight. In summary, my stay was filled with disappointment.
We where there second Year in a row and most definitely will be back again. We are three families with children and could privately relax in here. Great swimming spot, house has perfect location on the top of the hill, terrace where to spend evening. Highly recommended!
Very nice place. Everything was perfect. Just the communication with the host was a little bit complicated.
Great location right next to a large lage. I suggest taking a boat or a paddle board to have the full experience. Sauna and a hot tub also is a must.
Amazing property in Latgale by the secluded beautiful lake. Very cozy house that has everything needed. Separate sauna house with fireplace - loved it !!! Hot tub next to it - separate payment for sauna and hot tub but so worth it. Also we were able to reserve sup boards and boat that we enjoyed so much on the lake during beautiful sunset. Property is very large - we had 3 families with children there - and we are planning to come back next year

We are located on a picturesque peninsula (15 min from Aglona), which is surrounded by the beautiful Carmani lake, so there are piers for fishing and swimming, forest trails and a forest gazebo. By the lake there is a gazebo with a grill and a special place for a LARGE bonfire, which can be used freely. There is also a farm with pets, a fruit and vegetable garden on site;
Sandbox, swing, trampoline for children.
