As you enter the home on the top floor, you walk into a welcoming foyer, around the fireplace corner is an open living area with an updated kitchen. The home is so pretty, with plank-style tile flooring throughout and brand new furnishings to match the coastal location. The screened porch extends your indoor living space and brings the outdoors in. You will be sure to enjoy many fun-filled evenings and dinners on this gorgeous screened porch. The master, 2 guest bedrooms and living area are all on the main floor. The downstairs level has a whole extra living area and also the laundry room, full bath, with a tub for the kids and the 4th guest bedroom, with 2 bunk beds - Perfect for the kids!

Sea Pines, the island’s original planned community, continues to offer world-class activities for the entire family. Located on the island’s southern end, Sea Pines created the now famous “Hilton Head look” by artfully maintaining a delicate balance between nature and man. With three championship golf courses, five miles of white sandy beaches, a 600 acre forest preserve, and an abundance of tennis courts, swimming pools and bike paths, there is something to please guests of all ages. There are also sensational restaurants, boutique-style shops, live entertainment, and the famed candy-striped lighthouse at the Harbour Town Yacht Basin. Horseback riding is offered by the Equestrian Center and a seasonal Trolley service runs throughout Sea Pines.
There is a seasonal trolley that transports guests within the Sea Pines community. If you would like to venture around the island, the most popular form of transportation is bicycle. Hilton Head Island offers a separate bike path parallel to almost all main roads.
