Great House. Responsive host would stay there again

Hi Overall we enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was in a good location close to the parks. Although it is important to note that the one gate to the complex was locked which created issues for Uber drivers to collect us which did cause delay on several occasions. The house had good facilities with a number of large bedrooms which was ideal for our large party. it was a great social space for the party. I must highlight there was no kettle and one of the coffee machines did not work. Unfortunately the outside furniture as per the pictures were not reflective of reality, some of the lounges were broken and we only had one outside chair which was not ideal for our party, we had to make do. The kitchen provided lots of utensils but did miss wine glasses, we purchased our own. The images showed an amaculate stay, in reality the carpets and walls were damaged . The house could have be cleaner. We tried to tidy up ourselves as much as possible however the house lacked a hoover and some basic items for cleaning. We would recommend an induction pack on arrival to provide information about the trash and WiFi and other basic but useful information to help our stay. We did ask these questions, the responses from Heather were not always forthcoming and would often come across a little abrupt. We raised some issues on our arrival and we are yet to get a response from Heather. The issues are all listed above so shouldn't be a surprise for the team. Given the cost of the villa we would have expected a better service and also a higher standard on arrival. Unfortunately due to the problems raised above we would not return to this villa.

Place was great for our group of 16 golfers. Tons of space to spread out. Pool heat was disappointing but the weather was cold first few days. Neighborhood was still under construction but it did not cause us any issues. Everyone voted to repeat next year.
