The house was great! Very spacious, great AC, not too far from the airport. Fit our big family for a nearby wedding. Catherine was great and communicative.

The inside of this home was very well kept. The Airbnb contact was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond when the need arose. We thought this house had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. The master suite was very roomy with a large en-suite bathroom. Access from the freeway was easy. There were restaurants close by in the area. The immediate neighborhood was nice.

This place was very comfortable very nice and a very quiet neighborhood. Looks just like the pictures and the way it was described. The only thing was that there wasn’t any toilet paper provided.

It was great. Was incredibly clean. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was great and had great layout where 3-4 people could work at the same time. We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of space. The layout was such that we could all hang out together comfortably, but if someone needed "space" it was available. We had 9 comfortably eat at the kitchen table, there was a second dining and living area we used as a "staging" area. It worked great as we put suntan lotion and various items we needed each day(we were there for a rowing training trip) on this table and they were handy but not in our living area.

House was very clean and modern updates to the inside of the home throughout. Host was always helpful and response time was less than 30 minutes with everything that we needed. Plenty of space for a very big family, with a cozy and comfy feeling. Not only was this place sucha a great stay but her place was extremely affordable. It felt like a home away from home. The master bedroom was very spacious as it came with its own shower, bathtub, and walk-in closet as well as its sink. The house was such a pleasant stay for me and my family, as well as my other relatives. I highly recommend Catherine’s home to anyone that is looking forwards to a clean, modern, and spacious affordable Airbnb in the Mesa/Phoenix/Tempe area. I would definitely book again with Catherine as my host.
