This is our 2nd time staying in this condo. We love being in Tower 3 because it’s close to both the beach and the pool, gym, spa, restaurants etc… The beds in this condo are super comfortable. The pillows aren’t the best and they do have better pillows in the master closet, but no pillow cases. The view is gorgeous and we love drinking our coffee on the balcony. I’ve stayed at several other condos at this location and some of the things these owners could improve on is cleanliness (the balcony was full of sand when we arrived, the floors weren’t super clean, under beds dusty & master shower not very clean). No big deal- we just did it ourselves the best we could. There was no broom. The stove is old & the burners take long to cook food. The tub in 2nd bathroom has to be filled using the shower which takes some time. The faucet doesn’t work and the stopper is hard to work. We still must say that we love this place and look forward to our next stay. These really are minor issues to us.

This condo is beautifully decorated, great furnishings, beautiful view, well equipped kitchen w/all you could possibly need, and tons of beach chairs, wagon, toys etc…Well worth every penny! My only critiques would be that 1. It needs to be cleaned well. Especially the floors, but also a couple of other areas. No biggie we did it ourselves. 2. I come to the Portofino at least twice a year. This is the first sky home that regulated the temp in 100 degree temperatures! That’s crazy to me! I’ve rented w/VACASA in Destin and they did this same thing and then claimed to have no idea lol. If your A/C can’t go below 70 then get a new one. For the price renters pay we should be able to put it as low as we’d like. No worries we bought a very nice fan & left it for the next guests. We would definitely rent this one again. P.S. We didn’t complain about cleaning b/c we don’t allow people in once we place our stuff in the home. Shouldn’t charge $299 cleaning fee though if not cleaned thoroughly.

The condo needs upgrades. The patio furniture was broke and the material was ripped. There was all kinds of junk lying around. The master closet full of crap. The furniture was broken. The dining room table was damaged. There were cooking pans, but looked like it was whatever was leftover else wear. The pans didn't have lids or there were lids that didn't fit the pans. The shower curtain was missing hooks. There were chips in the paint. It looked like the windows hadn't been washed for years. The grill was a complete mess. I had talked this place up to my kids for 6 months and then this is what we got. The only thing that was good was Portofino. The condo was very dirty. There were old contacts on the counter which told me it wasn't cleaned. There was green mold on the patio pillars. That was nice to look at while drinking my coffee in the morning.

Great rental for a long weekend or longer. Awesome views and plenty of space for 6-8 guests. Would stay again!
