Positives: - Location: AMAZING! Super close to the town as well as to the lifts in Mt. Village. - Amenities: Top nudge, great hot tub size, kitchen, games for the kids, boot dryers for after skiing, you name it, the house was really well equipped. - The property: recently rehabbed so if you like modern style this place will fit your needs. Negatives: - The management team was not that responsive, takes +24 hours for them to reply to inquiries. (Even small ones). We had an issue that the dishwasher wasn’t working which was a SUPER inconvenient. With a party of 8 dishwasher is a necessity. Got $370 reimbursed from a 10k week, since we have other alternatives to wash the dishes”, so we had to spend 25 min washing dishes every meal as an extra vacation activity, in this luxury property. (Not fun) The A.C. is not well designed, the air vents come out on the game room, meaning if someone sleeps in the bunk beds & closes the door, be ready to wake up at +80• & colder on the rest 🏠

Amazing place for a weekend with friends! They even had a cake for us upon arrival for my husband’s birthday! Would definitely stay again!

Chartreuse was an absolute dream. Perfectly cleaned, beautifully appointed furnishings, unbeatable location, an easy 10-15 min walk into town. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were furnished with products, hair dryers, and extra towels. The fireplace was so nice in the snowy and cold weather. The kitchen was fully outfitted with all you could want or need to cook, and modern appliances. We also loved the hottub! The space feels very high end and well cared for at a reasonable price! And the hosts were proactive and kind in their communications. I hope to stay here again!!

The home was warm, clean, and very accessible to the town. Walkable to restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the home had all amenities as noted in the listing. Hot tub was huge plus! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved this place! Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. 10/10 would stay here again and would highly recommend.
