Our stay here was a really special and unique experience. From the accommodation itself to the kindness of our host we could not recommend this place enough! The breakfast and dinner were exceptional (one night's stay wasn't enough). We will most certainly will be back to enjoy this beautiful luscious gem amongst the hills of Tataouine.

We had an incredible stay at Radhouan's fairy tale place! The natural surrounding and the quiet vicinity made us forget time and we stayed much longer than we had planned. Without own transport it might be a bit difficult to reach and to leave because it's really remote. However, there's incredibly much to do in this part of Tunisia called Dahar. Radhouan will provide you with plenty of tips on where to go and what to do. The room was a dream - the fabulous mattress is to mention in particular. Your back will feel like in heaven. The bathroom was painted in bright orange color and there was always hot water. There was also a well equipped communal kitchen which we could use but mostly we ordered a splendid vegetarian meal for dinner cooked by Radhouan's wife with her golden hands - a vegetarian delight! This place seems to attract interesting people and we felt like we were in good company of fellow travelers. We definitely plan to come back.

Le séjour à Tiss était merveilleux. Le projet qu'il a créé dans la campagne tunisienne est simplement super, beaucoup devraient en prendre exemple: il a créé une oasis durable, rentable et relaxante. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner avec des produits de ses propres terres étaient la cerise sur le gâteau : tout était délicieux, traditionnel et sain ! Nous y retournerons certainement et je recommande à toute personne de passage dans le sud-est tunisien de s'arrêter découvrir ce petit paradis !

We stayed at Tiss’ place for one night on New Years Day and it was spectacular. We arrived in the afternoon and given a tour of the heavenly farm and the beautiful dwellings made by Tiss from the earth’s clay. We walked up the hill to see the sunset light up the valley with flamingo and clementine colours. We returned to a delicious meal using only ingredients from the land. Everything was truly remarkable, comfortable, welcoming. We were inspired by Tiss, his family, his farmers and his initiative and encourage everyone to prioritise a visit on their trip around Tunisia

discovering Tiss project and location was a real surprise! We ate a lovely dinner prepared with his farming products and also had a delicious breakfast. We happened to stay here in December, there was a tiny heater and hot shower. I would strongly recommend this place as a base for hikes and walks in the beautiful surrounding !
