Amazing place with great location, 6K for 3 nights was a bit much but enjoyed it!

We loved our weekend get away in beautiful mammoth lakes! The townhouse is so comfortable and conveniently located, we greatly appreciate being able to bring our sweet old pup. Thank you for an amazing trip, we highly recommend it and we hope to return to stay again!

The folks at RedAwning were very nice in person and check in was very smooth- the location was also really good- right on the golf course and the neighborhood was super quiet and nice. We enjoyed the easy access to the Lakes Basin (5 minutes) and Downtown (5 minutes). The house was very nice at first glance- really spacious, clean, and relaxing to be in. Unfortunately, mismatched lightbulbs throughout the home cast a weird light at night, and some lights didn't even work- including the ones in the bathrooms (or they barely worked and cast a weird hum and glow). The dishwasher also didnt work, and unfortunately, they didn't empty it or attempt to fix it after the prior guest left, which resulted in a low, strange rotten smell in the kitchen throughout our stay. I only discovered it at the end when we went to load the dishwasher and found it full of stagnant water and food waste. Ultimately, the home was nice, it just felt a bit overpriced for what we got. If RedAwning addresses these issues and gets the house up to what it could be, I wouldn't have a problem paying the premium they charge for the property.
