The pros of this place include location to Canyon Lodge and they offered early check in. For the cons, there’s a couple things to note. This is managed by a company about 3 mi away, so you have to pick up and drop off keys for check in/out. Not the worst but an extra to-do. This unit is described as rustic but more accurately, it is not clean. The carpets are extremely stained and dirty. All bathrooms have brown dirty grout throughout, and the 2nd floor shower head spouts water out in a couple directions. Some walls have multiple different colors of paint of them from prior damage. The TV works, but it’s really fuzzy and the picture is barely visible. This unit is similar, but not the same as what is pictured. There were 4 bunk beds upstairs so it’s a tight space. Be prepared to get spam messages from this company over Airbnb 5+ times. I had to message them to stop spam messaging me and send me the actual information for check in.

10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. Can't beat it. Very comfortable and has everything you'd need. Would recommend

Everything was good just add a vaccum or broom to clean the kitchen

Outstanding communication. Very fairly priced. Definitely a great experience. only thing that was not accurate was the swimming pool. We used the jacuzzi and it worked perfectly, however, the pool was not available.
