Danny was a consummate host. He was clear, communicated well, and often—not overly so, but just the right amount. You can tell that hosting is a labor of love, as he put a great deal of effort into many of the details in the information provided.   The apartment was in a wonderful location for a quick walk to the train and down to the city. The area was quiet, and Dobbs Ferry has a wonderfully historic charm. The amenities in the apartment are standard, with some excellent exceptions. The shower was the most commented-upon experience for our entire group of eight, with one 4-year-old in tow.   We greatly enjoyed our stay, and it was a lovely experience that we would gladly book again. The place has more to offer, but ultimately, just book it and see for yourself.   Thanks Danny.

Spacious for a family of 5 adults and a pet - we had the lower two levels, the bottom of which served as a separate studio suite. Convenient location as a jumping off point for trips either into NYC or within Westchester. Things to note: 1) the house is on a busier road for the area and there is no sidewalk when street parking directly in front of the house 2) there are a series of steps to walk up to the front door (if mobility is an issue). No major concerns with either, but these would be good to know going in. Overall the booking worked well for our purposes.

Danny’s place is very spacious and in a great location. We appreciated having the high chair and pack and play so we didn’t have to bring our own. Some small things were in need of repair (stove dial, shower knob, chair in the living area) but some of this can be chalked up to the wear and tear of frequent rentals. The place was definitely well cleaned. Would stay again for a long weekend.

Danny was a great host! He made sure to communicate all details and instructions clearly and was responsive. It was a great place and location. Was very accommodating for a baby with high car and pack n play! Only small knock was the “game room” because it was not really a game room just a garage, but we did not need it. Besides that it was perfect and our family had a great time. 10/10
