Great house !

House is as advertised but we were told only 7 bedrooms had its own bathroom—- but all bedrooms have their own bathroom but the bunk rooms shared one and there is a half bath down stairs. We had a great time !!!

1st thing first the spa/jacuzzi does not work. Please be aware of this if your like me and really look forward to the Jacuzzi. 2nd- the drive way is extremely small. You cannot fit more then 2 vehicles there. Also FYI solterra only allows 5 car passes per house. No matter how big the house is our how big your group is. They will Tow you car… My vehicle was towed the very first night… We had to pay $200 to get it out…..The tow company did inform us that the security in Solterra call them out to tow the cars. 3rd the Wi-Fi is horrible 4th-There are a few other small things like the refrigerator leaking and smelling like fish, the pool sticks being no good, or the downstairs washing machine. The only good thing Is that all the king size beds comes with a bathroom. It does have good Surround sound system up stairs. The appliance are very good also. They did issue a refund for the pool heat as the spa didn’t work the entire trip. This house has the potential to be great if they would fix the spa and upgrade the Wi-Fi.

There were a lot of issues that unfortunately were not solved during the duration of our stay for example the Wi-Fi. They promised to send a technician over to get it fixed but they never did. I don’t think it’s fair for them to advertise somethings that’s isn’t true. The kitchen faucet handle was also broken. we also had other problems that I wish they’d would have gotten fixed.
