We had a memorial time as always, as this is year 2 of traveling to the Condo for New Years/Walleye Drop in Port Clinton. Derek's condo was picture perfect, all decorated for the season. Very extra nice features, you can tell they have put the time and $ into the condo to make it top notch. This time of year I really appreciate the off season quietness of the area. We always have the Hot Tub, Sauna, & Game Room Area to ourselves & I love that!

Derek is a most gracious host; he was always readily available to facilitate any of my needs at all hours. His place is tastefully furnished, quiet, cozy & warm; great views from all the rooms including the balconies.

Excellent airbnb host and amazing apartment. Was here on a work assignment and had to leave early after getting a job in a new city. Host was awesome. The apartment was perfect! Would highly recommend.

This condo is in the perfect location with gorgeous lake views from both balconies! It's a beautiful corner unit & very nicely appointed with comfortable furniture & cute decor. The unit had everything we needed upon arrival. I became sick on the day of our scheduled departure & the host was very accommodating by letting us stay in the condo until I was feeling better. Such a gracious gesture. I highly recommend this host & the condo. It's absolutely perfect! The view! The view! Magnificent.

We did not enjoy our stay at all, upon arriving we weren’t notified about wet carpet, we had to use shoes inside for the first couple days while it dried. The shower was filthy, we had to clean it prior to use, shower amenities consisted of a bag of previously used half empty travel size bottles from previous residents. For an entire week reservation we were only left a few towels, most being dirty, as well as only two toilet papers one being already used. Upon trying to utilize the washer and dryer, the washer had leftover clothes, the dryer also had leftover clothes, the lint trap was neglected and overflowing with lint. We had to go out and purchase our own shower supplies, toilet paper, and detergent to wash the few towels we were given. The place reeked of febreeze. Port Clinton and the condo itself had a nice view, but this time of year there is nothing to do and a ghost town. The heating and air conditioning did work well. Overall very disappointed with the stay.
