We had a great stay here with 3 adults and 2 children and definitely hope to return. I especially loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the deep, soaker tub and well-stocked kitchen. **I recommend bringing oil and spices if planning to cook.** Dishwasher, washer, and dryer were all super handy and we enjoyed the resort amenities/activities - putt-putt golf, rec center pool and racquetball, tennis, and crafts. We had a great time making memories :) Location is great for hot springs and beautiful hikes within 7-20 min from the resort!

Everything was amazing. David was great about notifying us of the check in procedures. The property was beautiful, clean, and quiet. There was also tons to do for the kids. Will stay here again.

Beautiful getaway! Like home away from home. Was very spacious, very clean. The views were beyond beautiful. Will definitely be staying again!

The condo was located on a lovely lake/pond and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

A great place and location in Pagosa. Loves the amenities of the resort. The place was gorgeous with great views and tons of space.
