even though me & the guys were kind of loud at a point, Patrick was very lenient & kind even when he called us with a warning. The home was very cozy felt right at home

Patrick was extremely responsive and friendly! the place was fun and well kept, and if I ever find myself back in the area I would love to stay as his guest again!

Patrick’s place was beautifu. The decor was very well thought out & inviting. I was really impressed with the design. He had all the necessary amenities to make you feel home away from home. However this place was located on the 2nd floor above other businesses. There is no elevator in the building. To get to the apartment you have to climb up 42 steps with your luggage & bags. This place is not suitable for anyone with disabilities or limited mobility. This should have been disclosed prior to making payment & included in the home description. Again there”s 42 steps to get to the apartment so don’t forget anything in your vehicle. Although I would never stay here again for that reason, I highly recommend this place to anyone fit to climb stairs & looking for a nice cozy place to stay. The guestbook needs updating and there are a few minor repairs needed that I spoke with him privately about and I’m confident he will attend to them just based on how much effort was put into the home.
