A great place to be! Clean and well located, close to a square and other amenities of the area, comfy beds - what else can you ask for?

We spent two weeks in Lee's home in The Villages. The house was very cute with a nice layout. Master bath is small but did the job. The second bath is very nice. The house was convenient to Publix, lots of shopping and 2 town squares. We had use of a golf cart (but riding on those main roads in The Villages was a little intimidating-we only took the cart out twice.) The yard is tiny but nicely maintained. Another plus - it's a pet free space for a couple of severe allergies! The neighborhood is very quiet. There was some noise from Morse Blvd but nothing that would break a deal. My husband hoped to do a lot of biking within The Villages (our bad for not comprehending that The Villages is a large city). He ended up taking his bicycle to more rural areas to ride. CONS - We are OCD so take this for what it's worth. For 99% of the population, the house is perfectly clean. For us the kitchen/dining area is ready for a "deep clean".

The house was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. Golf cart available however we didn't use. Washer and dryer available and works. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Excellent Villa, very clean and comfortable. Modern style and very livable. Lee was a excellent Host, very attentive to our needs. This Villa exceeded our expectations and would love to come back and stay longer. Thank you Lee for letting us stay in your wonderful Villa.
