This was a nice, clean apartment in good shape, and we had no problems checking in. There was a problem, however -- something that'd be more of an issue for some than for others. This was an apartment unit in a building with I believe mostly permanent residents, and despite prominent "No Smoking" signs, it was immediately evident that at least some of the residents are habitual smokers. Upon entering, there was an immediate odour on the air of marijuana and tobacco smoke. Within minutes, my eyes were watering. It affected my sleep, and I woke with my sinuses feeling inflamed. I am probably more sensitive than most, but I could only in good faith recommend it to people accustomed to smoke. The manager on site was friendly and the host was very helpful, but the weight of smoke on the air makes it tough to recommend, unfortunately.

I came for work and her place definitely felt like home . I will definitely be staying again when I'm back in town .
